I spent most of my life struggling with my weight.  I started binge eating and using food as a coping mechanism around the age of 10.  I continued to gain weight throughout my teens and found myself at 19 years old weighing 280 pounds, something had to change.   Over the next year I lost 100 pounds through extreme restriction and over exercising, don't do this, please.  I truly thought that after I lost the weight my life would go back to "normal".  Ultimately, it did go back to the familiar "normal" I was used to, living a sedentary life and binge eating regularly, and I quickly found myself right back at 280+ pounds.
After re-committing to myself and losing 100 pounds a second time, I found myself struggling with anxiety around my body and fear around food more than ever.  I was maintaining my weight loss while having days of extreme binge eating following by days of extreme restriction & over exercising to compensate; again, don't do this, please. 
Over 4 years ago I committed to changing my mindset so I could truly change my life.  I am now over 3 years binge free and helping women around the world heal their relationships with themselves as well as their relationships with food in order to achieve the resistance free weight loss they desire.  I know exactly what it takes to make peace with yourself and find food freedom, and I'm ready to help you do it.

What IS the Mind, Body + Spirit Program?

The Mind, Body + Spirit Transformation Program is a 4-week group coaching program that will help you create the necessary mindset in order to form the habits required to achieve sustainable weight loss results.  MBS is everything I've learned over the last 10 years on my own journey of losing over 100 pounds twice, and finally finding a way to maintain what I achieved.   Together we will create the mindset shifts that will create the lasting change you desire in your life. 

I will personally guide you week by week through the lessons that will help you make peace with where you are, create the food freedom you deserve by healing your emotional and/or binge eating, learn to cope with your feelings in more effective ways, and create the self-discipline required to achieve the life of you've always wanted to live.

Not only will you have one-on-one phone calls with me, 24/7 support via text messages, but you'll also have the opportunity to create incredible friendships and bonds with the other women I am mentoring through this program in a private, members-only Facebook group.  Every woman that I choose to work with has similar struggles to those that I've conquered, and together with the accountability and support of one another, we will all work towards becoming the best versions of ourselves. 


I will post 1-2 training videos in the Facebook group each week that will not only encourage you to show up for yourself, but that will teach you the exact tools and processes I used not only to get where I am today, but continue to use daily to sustain not only the physical progress I've made, but more importantly the mental progress I've made in my life. 

One of the best parts, I will mail your workbook to your door, with  an encouraging, hand-written love note from me.  Your workbook includes all 28 lessons taught during our 4-weeks together, as well as a journal prompt for each day and over 15 interactive worksheets to help you develop self-awareness and heal your relationship with food.

The Mind, Body + Spirit Transformation Program is NOT another diet plan, period.  You will not be provided with a meal plan.  You will not be given a workout calendar to follow.  You will not be encouraged to use supplements or meal replacements of any kind.

MBS is a mindset transformation program that will encourage you to create a positive relationship with yourself and a build the true desire to treat your body with the love, respect and kindness it deserves.  Through forming a true belief within yourself, and healing your relationship with food, we will create resistance free weight loss 

MBS is for the woman who feels stuck in finding food freedom and creating a loving relationship with herself, truly wants to create lasting change in her life, once and for all and is ready to commit to the process of doing so.

  • Are looking for a quick-fix weight loss program.  While this program will align with your weight loss goals, this isn't a "lose 15 pounds in 30 days" program.  There are thousands of weight loss programs available, but this isn't one of them.  MBS at the core is about changing your mindset and beliefs in order to achieve resistance free, sustainable weight loss through healing your relationship with food.

  • Are looking for a program that will provide you with a daily meal plan, grocery list and a detailed timeline of what to eat and when to eat it.  This program works to help you listen to and respect your body around food, by eating what it truly desires, when it's truly hungry.  

  • Aren't committed to showing up for yourself and putting in the work required to not only learn what I teach, but put the tools I share into action.

Look Inside Yourself: Develop Self Awareness

Week 1:


The number one thing that holds people back from creating the lasting success they desire in their health and fitness journeys is they way they think.  So often we believe that ultimate happiness is waiting for us at the end of this weight loss journey, and that a goal weight will bring us everything we desire.  Before we can dive into healing your relationship with food and having you on your way to achieving the weight loss you desire, we must first work through your limiting beliefs about yourself, your weight and your body.  This week alone will transform your life in ways you've never imagined possible.   During the foundation of this program we will: 


  • Dig deep into who you believe you are, why you believe you're that person and how it differs from who you truly desire to be.

  • Identify your goals as well as the truth under your desire for achieving them.

  • Help you make peace with where you are right now, because the truth is, if you can't create the peace and happiness you desire in your life now, losing weight won't create it for you.  

  • Implement daily personal development practices

  • Learn to re-direct your way of thinking and speaking.

  • Identify the habits, routines and rituals that are holding you back from success.

  • Learn the 5-steps to creating lasting change in your life.

Everything you need to become who you desire to be is in you right now, together we will work together to identify it, pull it out and have the real you manifest in your reality.

Stop Eating Emotionally: Food Won't Fix the Problem

Week 2:


If you're anything like I used to be, I'm willing to be that you're using food as a coping mechanism for not only "bad" emotions, but "good" emotions too; as well as boredom, stress, anxiety, sleepiness, and any other reason that sounds like a good enough one in the moment.  I get it, I really, really do.  I also know though, food doesn't fix the problem, and when the temporary "relief" of eating passes, you still have to face reality.

Week two of the MBS program will give you the step-by-step tools to learn to break the habit of eating emotionally and/or binge eating by:


  • Helping you identify the true cause behind your emotional eating

  • Encourage you to connect with your emotions and develop healthier coping mechanisms outside of food

  • Teaching you to get back in touch with your body and remember what true hunger and fullness feel like

  • Learning the exact tools I used to overcome years of emotional and binge eating to create a healthy, balanced relationship with food.

All while continuing to develop your mindset, stay in touch with your thoughts, feelings and emotions and having my support, encouragement and friendship every step of the way. 

By following the step-by-step tools I provide for you during week two, you can say goodbye to emotional eating for good, you'll find yourself happier and far less stressed around food and can give up the all or nothing mindset you've been struggling with. 

Week 3:

Learn to Trust Yourself: Create Food Freedom


How long have you been dieting?  How many times have you started and stopped?  Done "well" for a few days, restricted your calories to the point of misery only to "fall off the wagon" and then "throw in the towel" and spend days, weeks or even months sabotaging yourself by eating as many calories from "bad" foods as possible because eventually, you'll be getting "back on your diet" and you "won't be allowed" to have those foods again.  Sound familiar?  Ready to give up this lifestyle?  Good.

During week three I will introduce the concept of intuitive eating and teach you the exact principles I used, and how, to become a person who eats only when she's hungry (most of the time), and stops when she's satisfied.  Yup, I said it, I leave food on my plate and you can too.  During this week together you will:


  • Learn what it means to be an intuitive eater.

  • Reiterate the importance of learning to feel, listen to and respect your hunger and satisfaction

  • Create a true desire to care for and love your body

  • Step back and take a look at trust in relationships, you will have some incredible breakthroughs around your relationship with yourself during this week.

I will share everything I've learned over the last 3 years of working to become an intuitive eater after years of emotional eating.  Change doesn't happen overnight, but the support and advice of someone who's been through it all can change everything.

Keep Momentum Going: Show Up No Matter What

Week 4:


Week 4 will help you create the self-discipline required to continue to show up for yourself, despite your lack of motivation.   I will share a number of game-changing techniques that have helped me create the habits I have today when it comes to:

  • Creating an incredible morning and evening routines that allow you to care for yourself without feeling selfish

  • Overcoming your procrastination to get the things you've been putting off done

  • Letting go of excuses and realizing that it's you standing in the way of your own success

This week will be the push you need to follow-through for yourself after the completion of this course.  You will leave this program not only with the mindset required to believe in yourself and your ability to change, but you'll have the tools and resources required to create the change you desire in your life.

These 4 weekly modules will teach you everything I've learned over a decade on my own journey of transforming my mind, body + spirit.  I will share with you not only everything that has helped me achieve the success I have today, but additionally I'll what not to do, to help you skip some of the struggle on your own journey.   I've packed years of experience and growth into weekly modules that will be delivered to your doorstop in a beautiful workbook you can hold in your hands as use daily during our time together.  Each day you will be given specific action-steps that will help you become the person you desire to be.

1:1 30-minute Mentoring Call

Before or during week one of the program we will have an initial 30 minute call to discuss where you are on your journey, where you desire to be, and I will provide you actionable to steps to apply to your daily life to help you get there.

Each week I will host a live zoom call for all women inside of MBS to join.  During the our time together we will discuss the topic for the week and you will have an opportunity to share how you're doing, where you're succeeding and where you still find yourself struggling.  The group environment allows you to not only create further connections with the women inside MBS, but also allows me to give advice for everyone to absorb.

    Like anything in life, you get out what you put in. I cannot guarantee that you will show up for yourself, commit to change and do the work, I can only provide you with the tools, resources and support that will help you get there. If you commit to completeting each week of work, take advantage of my 1:1 support and friendship, you can't fail - but it's up to you to show up for yourself.
  • What is the time committment for MBS?
    I would anticipate spending between 15-20 minutes a day working through reading the lessons, completing your workbook and interacting with the group. Should you need more support, obviously the amount of time that we spend communicating with one another isn't accounted for in that timeframe.
  • When does the MBS Transformation Program start?
    MBS will be run quarterly in 2021!
