How many weekends have you sabotaged your healthy lifestyle and gone to bed Sunday night saying "tomorrow will be the day I start (again) (over) (whatever)."  Then Monday comes, and you start your day off on the right foot, but by mid-week you feel unmotivated, uninspired, and just down right lazy.  Then what do you do?  You break the promise that you made to yourself that previous Sunday.   You aren't achieving the goals you set for yourself, you aren't becoming the person you desire to be in your life, and it's all because you're not doing one, very simple (not easy), thing....



Trust me when I say, I get it.   I lived most of my life making empty promises to myself.  Starting and stopping.  Feeling like I failed myself and quitting before I even truly gave myself an opportunity to see progress in any area of my life.  I've learned to make promises to myself and actually do the work required, followed through and what I've found along the way is incredible.

It doesn't take getting to your "end goal" or getting "there" to feel the happiness, peace and confidence you desire.  All that's required: doing what you said you'd do.  Together, I will help you create promises to yourself, hold you accountable for 30 days, and provide you with an incredibly supportive community of women who will be just as commited to themselves, as you are to yourself.

I will help you get really clear on what it is that you desire.  It doesn't matter what area of your life your desires lie, it can be with regards to your health + fitness, your relationship with food, your business, your budget or your relationship and sex life.  I will help you get specific with what you desire and  guide you through creating 3 specific promises that you will commit to during our 30 days together.

Community Support via a Private Facebook Group

When is the last time you chatted with a girlfriend about your struggles on this journey? It's incredibly difficult to find women in the real world who can relate to what you're going through, let alone feel comfortable enough talking to them about it.  The women that are participating in this group program have similar stories, and I provide you with a safe place to share your struggles and successes with one another.   The friends you create through this experience are yours forever.

    If you've been struggling with your weight loss journey, your mindset, your relationship with food, or your self-confidence and image, this program is a good fit for you. If you're ready to make peace with where you are, feel good about yourself and find the happiness you've been seeking on this journey, MBS can help you achieve all of that. MBS will bring you the food freedom that will create the resistance free sustainable weight loss that you've been looking for.
  • Do you guarantee my results?
    Like anything in life, you get out what you put in. I cannot guarantee that you will show up for yourself, commit to change and do the work, I can only provide you with the tools, resources and support that will help you get there. If you commit to completeting each week of work, take advantage of my 1:1 support and friendship, you can't fail - but it's up to you to show up for yourself.
  • What is the time committment for MBS?
    I would anticipate spending between 15-20 minutes a day working through reading the lessons, completing your workbook and interacting with the group. Should you need more support, obviously the amount of time that we spend communicating with one another isn't accounted for in that timeframe.
  • When does the MBS Transformation Program start?
    MBS will be run quarterly in 2021!
  • Do you offer refunds?
    I do not offer refunds on the MBS program. I want to help you win, I don't want to give you a way out of creating the change you desire in your life - you deserve this.
