These workouts are circuit style training and have both weight lifting and high intensity cardio movements to help you maximize your time spent working out. You have the ability to workout for any length of time following this program. Circuits are broken down in a way that will allow you to do as many as time allows for.

Are you a certified personal trainer?
I am not a certified trainer. This program was created after over a decade of being on my own health and fitness journey. I have learned so much from professional trainers and have been inspired to create my own workout routines that are both fun + effective!
After I purchase the workouts, how do I get my PDF?
After you purchase the workout routine, you will be sent a receipt from ThriveCart to the e-mail you provided (please make sure you are providing the correct e-mail during the checkout process). Inside of that email you will click "Access My Purchase". Follow that link and you will be able to download your PDF, save it to your device and you're all set!
What equipment will I need for the at home routines?
To follow the at home routine I've created, you will need a set of light, medium and heavy dumbbells. Optional but recommended are a mat of some sort and a resistance band and/or loops!
What equipment will I need for the gym routines?
You will need a selection (light, medium and heavy) of dumbbells, a cable machine, and a bench. A yoga mat, or mat of some sort will be helpful, but isn't necessary!
Do you guarantee results from these workout plans?
I cannot guarantee results. Your results (in every area of your life) are dependent on your effort. Working out is only one part of the equation when it comes to a physical transformation. What you put in your mouth is equally as important, and controlling that is the only way to achieve sustainable weight loss results. If you struggle with your relationship with food, I suggest looking into my MBS program.
